Why did you become a Real Estate Agent: I enjoy making new friends and helping people. Being a Real Estate Agent has given me the opportunity to do both. My clients are very special to me, and I’m able to help them through their real estate investments as well as making long-term friendships.
How do you plan to help your future buyers: Every Buyer is unique so the key is to communicate. Taking the time to find out their wants and desires for their future home is very important, as well as making sure they are pre-approved for a mortgage. I pledge to work with my Buyer’s based on THEIR DREAMS, within their budget and timeline.
How do you plan to help your future sellers: I promise to walk with my Sellers through the process, from marketing their home, negotiating with the potential buyer, to ultimately signing the closing papers. Sometimes it will go smoothly, but sometimes there may be unexpected things to deal with. I want my Sellers to know that I’m there to help.
What makes you the one to use: I am committed to helping my clients, both Buyers and Sellers, achieve THEIR GOALS & DREAMS for their real estate investments. I started in the Real Estate business when a lot of REALTORS® were leaving the business because of the economy, so it’s not about the commission, but it’s always about helping my clients.
