Why did you become a Real Estate Agent:
I decided to become a Real Estate Professional because I wanted to be able to better serve my clients as a truly holistic financial advisor. Leveraging 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have the education, experience, and advanced certifications necessary to help my clients thoroughly understand, analyze, and negotiate for what is often one of the largest investment decisions they will ever make.
How do you plan to help your future buyers?I plan to help future buyers by taking the time to fully understand, document, and analyze their needs before showing them any property. My job should not be to “sell” clients real estate, but rather to educate, inform, and act as an advocate on their behalf before, during, and after the transaction closes. Using my analytical skills, I will point out the features and benefits of each property and help clients compare and contrast each property they’re interested in. I will also guide buyers through the financing process and help them determine an optimal loan structure that meets their goals, objectives, and budget.
How do you plan to help your future Sellers?
I plan to help future sellers by providing a high level of professional, responsive, and personal service that is focused on maximizing the value of their property. This consultative approach begins with a comprehensive market analysis to determine an optimal pricing strategy. I employ a full-time certified staging, design, and organization specialist who helps clients maximize their property’s aesthetics, layout, and organization so it appeals to a broad spectrum of prospective buyers. Using a professional photographer and aerial drone photography, I will list your property on the Multiple Listing System (MLS), and then feed this information to countless third party real estate marketing websites such as Zillow and Realtor.com for maximum exposure. You will receive weekly updates on web activity, social media exposure, and showing activity as well as constant communication from me. After your property is under contract, I will act as your advocate to ensure the transaction is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will communicate with the title company, bank, home inspector, legal counsel, CPA, surveyor and any other professionals necessary to ensure you are prepared for closing..
