I have known Scott since before he had children (who are now grown), but even then he was an expert real estate professional. He has an uncanny ability to see potential pitfalls even before an offer is made. You want him on your team for sure. He is our "go-to" guy on all things real estate.

Scott Deaton went above and beyond our expectations when he recently helped us sell and buy a home. He is very knowledgeable and thorough about the realty business. He provided valuable insight into what updates were advantageous and what updates were unnecessary to make our house more marketable for our area. We always felt that he was looking out for our best interest. He made sure every item that was supposed to be addressed on our inspection report had been. (Even when it meant crawling under sinks and climbing up in the attic to check) He makes sure that all paper work is completed on time so that you can close on schedule. (our buyer's paperwork was not completed on time which inconvenienced both us and our seller, so it is an important factor.)

The way he markets his client's homes is like nobody else I have seen. I am amazed at the innovation he uses to sell houses.
