What is an ELP? What does using an ELP mean for you?

An ELP is a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider. An Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) designation is not easily earned. Each ELP is held to extremely high standards and must not only follow the Dave Ramsey principals, but also receive personalized coaching and continued accountability from the Dave Ramsey team.

ELP’s have to be licensed full time agents who have at least four years’ tenure and who close at least 35 transactions per year. As a buyer or seller working with an ELP REALTOR, you will be working with an experienced agent who is communication and client focused, negotiates aggressively on your behalf, and that meets the following Dave Ramsey requirements.
